Buy in:
400m run
10 push ups x 2
10 sit ups x 2
10 squats x 2
10 pull ups x 2

Skill: Dead hang pull ups max reps, rest 5 minutes, then 3 more reps

WOD:

“Barbara” (scaled down version)

Five rounds, each for time of:

10 Pull-ups
25 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Did 5 dead hang pull ups (PB)
